Guru

The word 'Guru' comes from two Sanskrit words: 'Gu,' meaning darkness, and 'Ru,' which means dispeller of darkness. Combining both, a guru is someone who dispels the darkness of ignorance by showing the path towards knowledge and enlightenment. This day is also celebrated as the birth anniversary of Ved Vyasa, the author of the Mahabharata and a revered sage in Hindu tradition.

"Social transportation through dynamic education” with the motto laid by our founder Dr Patangrar Kadam Saheb, robust energetic leadership Prof Dr Shivajirao Kadam Sir, Chancellor,Bharati Vidyapeeth / Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University A dynamic energetic Prof Dr Vishwajeet Kadam, Secretary, Pro Vice-chancellor, Bharati Vidyapeeth / Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University Dr. Asmita Jagtap, Executuve Medical Director,Bharati Hospital & Research Centre Pune. I am fortunate for being a part of Bharati Vidyapeeth Parivar, it is a family who has groomed me from a lecturer to Professor in these 25 years. I was promoted to Professor in December and HoD, looking back, I recall the day I entered Bharati Vidyapeeth I was a fresher, and had never thought of cherishing a career as teacher. Yes, it was destiny that led me to extend my family to all the colleagues, students and members of this family who have developed such affectionate bond and have created a better me. Looking back, I am missing many of my friends and colleagues with whom a bond is formed, especially my dearest friend Ruta Kadam, Joshi madam, Dr B S Deshpande. Many mentors have helped me in this journey: Principal Dr Abhijit Patil Sir, Dr Narendra Bhatt, former Principal Dr Anand Joshi, Dr Mardikar madam, Dr Kamble Madam, Dr. Asmita Wele It always is a positive vibe and energy being with all the 25 years of generations, each batch giving something different in return. A cheery on the cake, this year has turned out to be marvelous as I am privileged to be the assessor for my UG and PG students in a flow. Making me conscious of the level of integrity. I am fortunate to be a part of such a wonderful team.
